Wayne State University Industry Innovation Center

This project is a conceptual architectural and landscape design for the former NextEnergy building and site in Detroit’s New Center area. The building and site will be a place where university, industry and the surrounding community can come together to collaborate. DCDC facilitated the participatory design process in partnership with Community Development Advocates of Detroit and Hamilton Anderson Associates to develop a conceptual design for the renovation/reconfiguration of the existing building and site.
